“Damn … the world is corrupted. No one can save this world from the corrupt politicians”. Every one would have uttered these words at some point of time in their life. We can find such hopeless savages in every second person we met. There is other sect of optimistic prophets. They feel that the system can be changed. They will try to utilize every opportunity to screw these pessimists with their “why don’t you” kind of speeches aka preaches. But the fact is, for a majority of these two sects, corruption and politics are the best topic to pass the time.
Of course there are people who are really working with heart to bring some change in the system. One should not disrespect their efforts. I don’t want to pull them in to my topic. This is a small effort to give an outline of our political system. Any one who was a part of chitchat at a café for an evening tea about a corrupted politician must have heard the envious expression of a guy from your group saying ‘You know that bloody politician is the owner of 1000 acres of land at so and so village. That Son of ***** owns 7 luxury cars, his property worth runs in to millions of dollars.’

From some one in the group you will get this expression
Ooops!!! Is this guy praising him or scolding him? Doesn’t he want to be in the place of the politician? May be that guy really hate that politician. But there are thousands of followers for that CORRUPTED POLITICIAN. There are millions of party workers associated with the political parties represented by these leaders. Given an opportunity a majority of them want to be like him. Absolutely like him. Hmmmm… but the opportunities are limited. Still our system is very generous. Every party worker can make something with in his orbit. They can earn local government contracts to national level contracts depending on their position. They can influence the public office for a private gain. It again depends on the individual capacity of the person.
The people in the top chairs knew about the system. Otherwise they wouldn’t have been at the place where they are now. But they will never try to stop their followers. Why the hell they will do that. They are the real strength of any political party. And to hold their control on this political workforce and to face the competition from the rising stars of their own army the top guns need either an unbeatable image or money. Of course they need these factors even to reach their current position. Though there are some great leaders who hardly depend on any money to reach the top chair very few could ever sustain the chair without MONEY.
